Comments: One of the most famous and unforgettable posters of WWII, by noted poster design McKnight Kauffer. This is the very rare large format, and is the only specimen I have ever had to offer. Title translates as "The New Order" with the monstrous head of the Faschist dictator, swastika below. "Del Eje" means "Of the Axis". Truly a key poster for the serious WWII collector!

Condition: A-, linen mounted, fine color, faintest evidence of folds before mounting, minimal restoration to upper right corner white only, and a few near invisible tears before mounting in the lower green. There is a tiny Library duplicate deaccession stamp upper right field. Eye appeal is truly excellent, colors couldn't be better.
