Comments: Will Bradley was America's leading Art Nouveau poster artist, and also designed many covers. This rare offering is the front and back covers of the 1899 Christmas issue of Harper's Weekly, both designed by Bradley. The front is a decorative cover, the back an advertisement for Ayers Cherry Pectoral. Generally Harpers Weekly covers were uncolored, but in the 1890s there were a few special front/back cover combinations by a single artist. I can think of two sets by Parrish, one set by Penfield, one set by Bradley). These covers are every bit as rare as the Bradley posters in my experience! (SCROLL DOWN TO SEE BACK COVER)
