Comments: A very rare WWI U.S. Marines poster showing the Devil Dog bulldog mascot conquering the defeated Hun. This is a calendar showing the first 6 months of 1919, ending in the month of June which has Marine Corps Red Letter Day. I think this is only part of the 1919 calendar issued this way, there wasn't a second half of the year calendar. This is only the second specimen I have seen in my 30 year career in military posters.

Condition: B to B+, linen mounted, fine color, there were some wrinkles in the cardstock of the calendar before mounting and these are still apparent, but only on close inspection.
